8th Asia-Pacific Region Youth Forum
The Boy Scouts of the Philippines has officially endorsed SCOUT JAYVY
R. GAMBOA of Batangas City Council, STR as its official nominee and
candidate to the APR Young Adult Member Group (YAMG) for CY 2015-2018
and as one of its official delegates to the 8th Asia-Pacific Regional
Scout Youth Forum on 29 October - 1 November 2015 at Cholla Nam-Do,
South Korea.
In 2014, he was named as one of the National Winners of the 2014 Search for the Ten Outstanding Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
Scout Jayvy Gamboa is currently completing his degree for Bachelor of Arts, Major in Economics (Honors) at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Iriga City Council, Patrol Leaders Training Course
The Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Iriga City Council conduct its Patrol Leaders Training Course (PLTC) in all of its Districts.
The Course aims to train competent patrol leaders that will handle and implement the scouting program in their respective patrols and soon be a useful citizens of tomorrow..
Activities includes:
*Smartness and Good order
*History of Scouting
*Patrol and Troop Meeting
*Advancement
*Patrol and Troop Committee
*Types of Leadership and Human Relations
*Campfire

4th One Southern Luzon Regional Jamboree
The Director of Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Southern Luzon Region announced the conduct of the 4th One Southern Luzon Regional Jamboree on November 24-29, 2015 in Teresa Rizal, Philippines.
This is the chance of all scouts in the 3 regions Bicol, National Capital, and Southern Tagalog Region to meet and enjoy the activities of scouting.
The jamboree will offer more activities including the Messenger of Peace Program, the Scouts Go solar and many more.
23rd World Scout Jamboree
The 23rd World Scout Jamboree in Japan just ended with a total of 33,000 Scouts participants from defferent countries around the world. The next host for the 24th World Scout Jamboree in 2019 will be North America.

BICOL REGIONAL and KEY-3 OFFICIALS CONFERENCE
The Bicol region conducted their RESCOM last August 6, 2015 at Camarines Sur Division Conference Room in Pili Camarines Sur, headed by the Regional Derector Sctr. Rodolfo Pangilinan. The activity aims to update the current status of the region and the performance of each council in membership, training, and advancement it was attended by the Regional Executive Board Members and Council Chairmans, Commissioners, and Council Scout Executives and with also the participation of the Regional Scout Representative.
The Regional Derector reports includes :
*The recently conducted Basic Management Course for Scout Executives, Managers, and Supervisors which was participated by 4 scouters from Iriga, Catanduanes, Mayon, and Sorsogon. Scouter from Iriga City get into the top 5 of the class.
*The current registration status of the the Bicol Region which is the lowest among the region and the least performing councils in the region.
*The approval of the Permit to operate of Ligao City Associate Council.
*Different upcoming activities such as:
- 16th National Scout Jamboree in Tagum City, Davao Del Sur on October 24-30, 2015.
-4th One Southern Luzon Regional Jamboree in Rizal on last week of NovembeNovember.
